Zhang Jianchang, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, was born in 1951 in Lintong, Shaanxi. In 1969, he enlisted in the Basic Construction Engineering Corps and engaged in cultural and propaganda work within the military. In 1983, he transferred to Shenzhen, Guangdong, and worked in cultural publicity for enterprises. He retired in 2005. After retirement, he systematically studied calligraphy theory and practice under the guidance of calligraphers Lin Yuxin and Zou Ting. Awards received: Finalist award at the National Senior Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, Third Prize in the Shenzhen Veterans Calligraphy Exhibition, Second Prize from Futian District, Huaxiangbei Subdistrict Office, and Second Prize from Songyuan Subdistrict Office, among others.
