Personal Profile

Wang Bo, originally named Wang Kangbo, studio name Yixin Studio, born in 1967.
Hailing from Huyi District, Xi'an, he has been passionate about calligraphy since childhood and has practiced relentlessly for over thirty years. He is now a disciple of Master Kang Zhifeng of Chang'an's Dana Studio. He has received direct instruction and guidance from renowned calligraphers including Zhong Mingshan, Liu Wenhua, Zhai Wanyi, Hong Houtian, and Xue Yangxian, absorbing diverse influences and gradually developing his own distinctive style. His works flow like clouds and water, ancient and natural, with strong, forceful brushwork and strict adherence to traditional rules—his characters reflect his character.
