Personal Profile

Yan Shengli, pen name Huaqing, Master of Qin Tang Studio. Shaanxi Xianyang native, graduated from the Advanced Research Class of Chinese Painting at Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University.

Researcher, China Calligraphers and Painters Association
Member, China Artists Association and China Calligraphers Association
Council Member, China Collectors Association

Has studied under masters Liu Wenxi, Sun Qifeng, and Ouyang Zhongshi.
Specializes in calligraphy and painting creation, seal carving, art appraisal, and collection. Began his artistic career in Shanghai in the 1990s. His works have received the Outstanding Creation Award at the Third Shanghai National Famous Artists Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, the China International Calligraphy and Painting Competition Award, and numerous pieces have been included in the "Collection of Masterpieces by Chinese Calligraphers and Painters." His works have been frequently featured on CCTV’s special art publications and are cherished by multiple museums, archives, and renowned individuals and entrepreneurs both domestically and internationally.
