Li Yinglao

Li Yinglao, pen name Jinghui, is from Meixian, Shaanxi Province, and graduated from the Fine Arts program at Fengxiang Normal School in Shaanxi. He is currently a member of the Baoji City Artists Association, a member of the China Artists Association, and Chairman of the Baoji Branch of the International Alliance of Calligraphy and Painting Association. He studied under Xu Zhan, Dean of the Chinese Flower-and-Bird Painting Research Institute and a National First-Class Artist, as well as Mr. Liu Cunhui, specializing in the creation and research of Chinese flower-and-bird painting.
