Zhang Guanshui

       Zhang Guanshui, Han Chinese, was born in 1974 in Juancheng, Shandong Province, the hometown of Sun Bin and the land of Yao and Shun, known by the art name "Master of Chenfeng Studio." He graduated from Heze College in 1997 and from the Fine Arts Department of Qufu Normal University in 2008. He is a senior high school art teacher, a National First-Class Artist, a member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, and a member of the Heze City Artists Association, among others.

Since childhood, he has been passionate about painting and calligraphy, receiving guidance from Master Zhuang Xiaolei of the Beijing Academy of Painting, and being nurtured by numerous renowned art masters such as Professor Xie Kongbin, Cheng Hongfu, Wang Jin, and Zhou Tie from Heze College, greatly benefiting from their teachings. He specializes in bird-and-flower painting, while also excelling in figure and landscape painting. Art originates from life; only through careful observation, patience, and sincerity can one truly experience the boundless joy within art. Over the years, he has participated multiple times in national, provincial, and municipal painting and calligraphy exhibitions and has received awards.

In 1999, he participated in the National Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition commemorating the 2550th anniversary of Confucius' birth, and his work was included in the exhibition catalogue;

In June 2006, he participated in the "Online Master Sketching Group" exhibition in Jinan;

In August 2008, he participated in the "Exploring Laoshan Sketching" exhibition in Qingdao;

In July 2010, he participated in the "National Master Chinese Painting Invitational Exhibition" hosted by the Chinese Painting Forum in Dongying, Shandong;

In October 2011, he participated in the "Love Chinese Painting Exhibition" held at the Qinghai Museum;

In December 2013, he participated in the "Commemorating the 120th Anniversary of Mao Zedong's Birth and New Year's Art Exhibition" hosted by the China Calligraphy and Painting Academy;

In June 2016, he participated in the "Jinghua 16 Artists Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition" in Liuli Chang, Beijing;

In January 2020, he held the "Charming Chinese Painting" exhibition at the Ge Shan Art Museum in Songzhuang, Beijing;
