Zhao Xiwén, born on September 1, 1954, is employed at the Sun Wu Subdistrict Office in Huimin County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province. Member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, Member of the China Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Society, Council Member of the Huimin County Elderly Cadre (Elderly) Calligraphy and Painting Research Society, Outstanding Calligrapher and Painter of the China National Games Village Alliance of One Hundred Calligraphers and Painters, Director of Xinzhai at the Bing Sheng Calligraphy and Painting Garden in Huimin County.
 Zhao Xiwén’s works are characterized by an overall dignified elegance, drawing from ancient traditions without being bound by them, and absorbing widely from diverse sources. His brushwork is concise and precise, his composition orderly and measured, his lines full and balanced between strength and gentleness. He pursues refinement through holistic energy, cultivates spirit and rhythm to attain profound resonance, imbued with the natural灵气 of heaven and earth, possessing a strong sense of rhythm. Creatively fusing scenery with emotion, harmoniously uniting history with reality, his works demonstrate masterful artistic skill and distinctly reveal his personal artistic style, exuding the grandeur of a true master—truly among the most valuable works for collection.
 Since childhood, he has been deeply influenced by his family’s scholarly tradition and has persistently practiced calligraphy and painting for over fifty years. His character is mature and steady, and his works reflect his personal integrity—his learning, talent, and moral virtue are fragrant! His works exhibit a robust, balanced, and harmonious style that connects heaven and earth, highlighting the unique Daoist spirit and rhythm inherent in Chinese art. Mr. Zhao Xiwén’s creations stem from his diligence, innovation, deep immersion in life, and unwavering passion for artistic exploration.
