Zhang Shuqiang

Zhang Shuqiang, pen name Yi Fei, was born in Leling City, Shandong Province. He currently resides in Linyi and has been fond of painting since childhood. In 1996, he was admitted to the College of Fine Arts of Ludong University (formerly the Department of Fine Arts of Yantai Teachers College) for further study. In 2016, he studied flower-and-bird painting under Fang Xinquan, a famous flower-and-bird painter and a national first-class fine artist. In 2017, he attended the advanced research class of the Chinese Academy of Art for figure painting.
His works have been selected multiple times for provincial and municipal calligraphy and painting competitions and won awards and were collected.
