Wan Changhua (pen name: Wenyang Jushi), male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1956, holds a college degree, Senior Police Superintendent, originally a military serviceman, has loved painting since childhood, attended art training at Tsinghua University, currently a member of the Ministry of Public Security Artists Association and the Tai’an Municipal Artists Association. Has participated multiple times in art exhibitions and competitions organized by the Ministry of Public Security, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, Tai’an City and other levels, winning the Outstanding Work Award at the World Art Competition and the Third Prize at the 10th National Art Competition.Authored the documentary-style novel "Years Without Regret".
