Personal Profile

Li Cuiyun, female, native of Binzhou, Shandong, was born in 1959 by the side of Madahu Lake in Boxing County, Shandong Province. She has loved painting since childhood and, during her over thirty years of teaching, never ceased using simple sketches in class to help students understand texts, earning widespread praise. After retirement, she began practicing brush and ink painting and is currently a member of the Shandong Huadong Academy of Calligraphy. During this time, she won the third prize in the Second Chinese Calligraphy and Fine Arts Competition and has exhibited multiple times locally, greatly appreciated by many friends.
