Resume Peng Jingyi, styled Shouting, and the master of Chang'en Pavilion, is a native of Heze City, Shandong Province. He is the 16th generation inheritor of the Plum Blossom Fist (Mei Hua Quan). Over decades of cultivation in both literature and martial arts, he has been devoted to the pursuit of the Plum Blossom Fist.
