Personal Profile

Li Jian, male, holds a bachelor’s degree. He has loved traditional Chinese painting since childhood and is currently a member of the Shandong Provincial Calligraphy and Painting Association and a director of the Linyi Hudong Painting Academy. In 2016, he was honored as an outstanding student in the Shandong Provincial Artists Association’s sketching training program. Through continuous study of landscape painting techniques and theoretical knowledge, his landscape works in recent years have been widely appreciated by the public for their artistic conception and charm. His works have won multiple awards and have been collected by individuals and institutions. His works were exhibited in the 14th China Linyi Calligraphy Sage Cultural Festival – Invitational Exhibition of Chinese Painting Masters’ Small Works in 2016, and received the Outstanding Work Award at the 2017 “Only the Pure Breeze—National Calligraphy and Painting Art Exhibition.”
