Yin Haihui, a native of Jining, Shandong, is a retired People's Armed Police officer who received multiple commendations and awards during his military service. Born in May 1985, he is a young Chinese calligrapher, member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and the Chinese Martial Arts Association, a contemporary Chinese young artist of notable talent, winner of the Excellence Award in the World Chinese Calligraphy Competition, recommended master artist by “Qilu Calligraphy Network,” contracted calligrapher of “Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Academy,” founder of Langya Outdoor Sports Co., Ltd., and chairman of Jining Yuanzheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Passionate about traditional Chinese culture and possessing broad interests, he has practiced Baji Quan, Xingyi Quan, Wing Chun, and freestyle fighting since childhood, and is also engaged in painting, seal carving, antiques, fitness, and other pursuits. Deeply devoted to calligraphy, he began studying the styles of Ouyang Xun and Liu Gongquan in elementary school, excels in large-character calligraphy, specializes in regular script, running script, and cursive script, and also studies seal script, clerical script, and Wei stele inscriptions. Taking ancient masters as his teachers and seeking wisdom from past sages, he has immersed himself for over two decades in the calligraphic works of Zhong Yao, Zhang Zhi, the Two Wangs, Ouyang Xun, Liu Gongquan, Mi Fu, Dong Qichang, and others, practicing diligently without interruption. His works have been collected by numerous domestic and international institutions, temples, enterprises, and private individuals. Media and websites have hailed him as “one of the most influential young artists of our time.”
