Personal Profile

Zhao Guangxin, styled Mo Chuan, pseudonym Yiming, was born in September 1998 in Qingzhou City, Weifang, Shandong Province. Hailing from a family with a long tradition of calligraphy, he currently resides in the sacred city of Qufu. Passionate about calligraphy since childhood, he has studied the art for over a decade, practicing and copying inscriptions and scrolls by masters of various dynasties, with particular excellence in regular script and large seal script. He is currently a National First-Class Calligrapher, member of the Shandong Provincial Youth Calligraphers Association, member of the Weifang Municipal Youth Calligraphers Association, member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association (Qingzhou), and member of the Qingzhou Calligraphers Association. His works have been exhibited and awarded multiple times, and are collected by overseas Chinese in Japan.
