Personal Profile
Li Chengzhu, born in 1966, is a native of Jining City, Shandong. He entered the art world in the 1990s, initially studying the芥子园画谱 (Jieziyuan Painting Manual), later emulating Xu Beihong and Li Keran. He has held exhibitions in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macau, France, Japan, and Singapore. His works have won numerous awards in major domestic and international exhibitions and are collected by prominent figures both at home and abroad. Currently, he is a member of the Chinese Painting Research Association of the China Artists Association and a professional painter at Shandong Oriental Academy of Painting. With over thirty years of experience in landscape and bird-and-flower painting, he is renowned for his large-scale paintings and has been hailed as “the inheritor of the Grand Landscape School” and “a master of panoramic landscape painting.”
