Personal Profile

Liu Jinglu (Dalu), born in 1965 in Shandong Linyi, is a renowned professional artist and inventor. Artist of National Gifts for Zhongnanhai, specially appointed instructor at Tsinghua University Academy of Arts and Design, founder of “Yi Painting” (Calligraphy•Sculpture•Ink Wash), member of the Shandong Provincial Artists Association, and member of the Hudson Artists Association in New York, USA. His works are collected by Zhongnanhai and relevant institutions, and are also long-term collected by international and domestic friends from the United States, Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. The contemporaneity, independence, original spirit, and natural quality of his works will inevitably influence and promote the development of indigenous national art toward new brilliance.
