Personal Profile

Zhang Peihe, a native of Rencheng District, Jining City, Shandong Province, graduated in 1975 from the Art Department of Jining Teachers College in Shandong, majoring in Chinese painting, specializing in flowers, birds, and landscapes. He serves as Vice President of the China Junbin Calligraphy and Painting Academy, President of the Jining Branch of the China Junbin Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and a member of the Wu School Eight Elegance Calligraphy and Painting School. He was honored with the title of “Most Collectible Artist in China 2017,” serves as Vice President of the Shandong Confucian Calligraphy and Painting Academy, is a member of the Jining Municipal Artists Association, a contracted painter of China Calligraphy and Painting Network TV, and holds the title of National First-Class Artist. His works have been exhibited across all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide, winning over thirty special prizes, gold medals, silver medals, and first prizes consecutively. In 2017, he was invited to participate in the Fifth National “Golden Bauhinia” Cup and the Second “Beautiful Treasure Island—Cross-Strait” International Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Exhibition, where he won a gold medal. In 2017, he also participated in the Seventh National Most Powerful and Influential Calligraphy and Painting Competition, winning a silver medal; his works have been exhibited in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Australia, receiving high praise from international friends.
