Personal Profile

Liu Jindong, master of Wuyan Shuzhai, born in 1962, is a native of Binzhou, Shandong. He graduated from China Packaging and Decoration Design Correspondence University and has been passionate about calligraphy and fine arts since childhood. Initially studying Liu style and later Yan style, he has practiced calligraphy for thirty years, achieving remarkable progress. In 2017, he won the Merit Award in the first "Calligraphy Impression" Cup National Calligraphy and Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition. Currently, he serves as a member of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, co-founder of Lugong Calligraphy Society, honorary council member of the Hong Kong Professional Calligraphy and Painting Association, member of the Binzhou Calligraphers Association of Shandong Province, and member of the Binzhou Retired Cadres Calligraphy and Painting Research Association. His calligraphy is primarily based on Yan style, featuring broad structure and grand momentum. He has won multiple awards in various competitions.
