He enjoys a longstanding reputation in the field, with scholars, literati, and art lovers both domestically and overseas vying to purchase and collect his works. Since childhood, I have followed family teachings and cultivated broad interests. I am passionate about both soft and hard pen calligraphy, especially traditional brush calligraphy. For over thirty years, I have studied the styles of numerous masters, constantly exploring the art of calligraphy. A calligraphy dictionary is always with me, and I use every spare moment to practice; I spend at least two hours each night practicing diligently without pause. Calligraphy has become my spiritual nourishment, and my passion for it has reached an almost obsessive level. For many years, I have primarily focused on the Ouyang (Ou) style, extensively studying regular script, cursive script, clerical script, Wei stele script, seal script, as well as famous calligraphic models from various schools. I have practiced works by renowned masters throughout history including Wang Xizhi, Ouyang Xun, Liu Gongquan, Zhao Mengfu, Yan Zhenqing, Sun Guoting, Wen Zhengming, Zhang Zhi, and Huai Su. I extract their essence, absorb their strengths, understand their rules, and apply them to my own practice, thus building a solid foundation in calligraphy. I am particularly skilled in Qin seal script, Han clerical script, Wei stele script, and running-cursive script. While following the traditions of ancient masters, I also incorporate new creative ideas. I have had the honor of studying under Li Dan'kui, the Executive Vice President of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a renowned artist, critic, and expert in association activities, who personally guided my development. I also received direct instruction from the celebrated master Cui Zhong. Influenced by the works of distinguished artists such as Feng Xinzhi, descendant of a top imperial scholar, I have ultimately developed a unique calligraphic style—elegant and classical, free and graceful, appreciated by both refined and popular audiences, distinctive and rich in charm. Notably, my seal script calligraphy themed on ancient weapons is one-of-a-kind. Natural talent combined with relentless effort has shaped my exceptional artistic cultivation in calligraphy. I currently hold the following positions: Deputy Director of the Professional Committee of Calligraphy, Chinese Hanlin Academy; Member of the Chinese Hanlin Academy of Calligraphers and Painters; Council Member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association; Member of the China Calligraphers Association; Hong Kong International Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association Member; Member of Shouguang Branch, Research Society of Chinese National Studies; Signed Artist at China Calligraphy and Painting Encyclopedia; Invited Calligrapher of China Collectors Association; Visiting Professor at Hong Kong International Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association Shanghai Advanced Institute; Deputy Secretary-General of Shandong Branch, Chinese Hanlin Academy; National First-Class Calligrapher. My artwork valuation: 4,000–6,000 RMB per square chi domestically, and 700–1,000 USD per square chi internationally. Top 100 Chinese Calligraphers and Painters in both 2015 and 2016; Academician of the Chinese Hanlin Academy; Academician of the China Junbin Academy of Calligraphy and Painting. Honored with titles including: "Silk Road Heritage—Internationally Renowned Artist of Virtue and Art"; Top 100 Chinese Calligraphers and Painters in 2015 and 2016; Most Powerful and Influential Chinese Calligrapher and Painter; Among the Top 100 Most Influential Calligraphers and Painters in China," among others.
