Zhang Fanjun, styled "Guanshanke," a native of Mount Tai in Shandong, is Vice Chairman of the Shandong Branch of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association. He graduated from the College of Arts at Qingdao University of Science and Technology in 1988 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently resides in Beijing. Current positions: Vice Chairman of the Shandong Branch of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association; Vice President of the China Hanlin Academy of Calligraphy and Painting; Deputy Dean of the Fine Arts Branch of the China Hanlin Academy of Painting and Calligraphy; Director of the Beijing Zhongxuan Shengshi International Academy of Calligraphy and Painting; Director of the Mount Tai School Research Association; Committee Member of the National Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Art Association; Invited Painter of the China Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition Hall and Beijing Guangfa Art Museum. His work "Dai Zong Qing Wei Liao" was selected for the 17th Exhibition of the Shandong Artists Association; "Xiong Ci Tian Dong" was selected for the National Young and Middle-aged Calligraphy and Painting Masters Exhibition "Appointment with Mount Tai." "Landscape Clear Melody" won an Excellence Award at the Shandong Housing and Urban-Rural Development System Calligraphy, Painting, and Photography Exhibition Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China. His works are included in the October 2015 issue of "Chinese Art Classics," the 2019 "China Calligraphy and Painting Art Yearbook," and publications such as China Enterprise Observer, Integrity Shandong, and Yiyunge. His works also appear on commemorative stamps celebrating the 95th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China and the 70th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, as well as on commemorative stamps marking the 37th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and the United States. In January 2017, his works were exhibited at the National Art Museum of China. In 2017, he was awarded the title "Chinese Master Calligrapher and Painter of Strength" by the China Cultural Advancement to Ten Thousand Households Working Committee. His works are deeply loved and collected by society at large, and are distributed throughout China and in Europe and America.
