Personal Profile

Wang Huaihua, styled Chanwu, also known as Jianyun Mountain Hermit, Master of Jianyun Pavilion, and Master of Jianyun Mountain Cottage, was born in 1975 in Feicheng, Tai’an, Shandong. He is a renowned contemporary calligrapher with a postgraduate degree, currently residing in Beijing. He currently serves as the President of the Beijing Jianyun Mountain Cottage Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Honorary Director of the Tai’an Tianyuan Stone Museum in Shandong Province, Honorary President of the Baiyun Academy in Feicheng, Shandong, Member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Member of the National Public Security Literature and Art Federation, Member of the Beijing Calligraphers Association, Member of the Fangshan District Calligraphy and Painting Association in Beijing, Member of the Hong Kong Calligraphers and Painters Association, and Calligraphy Researcher at the Aisin Gioro Royal Culture Calligraphy and Painting Institute.
