Mo Youchun, born in 1949, is from Laiwu City, Shandong.
He holds a college diploma, is a senior teacher, member of the Laiwu Calligraphy Association, member of the Shandong Provincial Calligraphy Association, and member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association.
He serves as Vice President of the Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Academy and Vice President of the Yalu Mountain Calligraphy and Painting Academy.
He has been passionate about calligraphy since childhood and has practiced diligently without interruption for decades. Especially after retiring from education, during his five years at the senior university, under the guidance of several teachers and with the help of fellow students, he studied the "Shengjiao Xu," copied the "Lanting Xu," and practiced the "Chidu," achieving remarkable progress. He has won multiple awards in provincial and municipal exhibitions and is a true inheritor of Wang Xizhi’s calligraphy style—a genuinely accomplished calligrapher.
