Personal Profile

Song Meng, male, born in 1981, native of Shandong Zibo, currently resides in Qingdao. Also known as Lin, styled Shiyin, Qiyin, and styled Haixishu Master.Disciple in the Bai Shi lineage, student of Qi Youlai, the direct grandson of Qi Baishi. Received early training in traditional Chinese painting under the master Du Xihai, later studied freehand brushwork under masters Wang Wensheng and Ji Dexiang, specializing in the Qi School of great freehand Chinese painting. Later gained the appreciation of Qi Youlai, direct grandson of Qi Baishi, and formally entered the Bai Shi lineage to inherit and carry forward the art and culture of the great Chinese painting master Qi Baishi.
