Personal Profile

Pan Shaohong, styled Linglong, is a native of Linqing, Shandong—the hometown of Ji Xianlin—and the seventh-generation inheritor of Chinese Bird-and-Insect Seal Script.

Currently holds the following positions:
Member of Linqing Calligraphers Association;
Shandong Zhibaozhai Academy of Painting, First-Class Calligrapher;
Academician of Shandong Zhibaozhai Academy of Painting;
Vice President of Shandong Zhibaozhai Academy of Painting;
Director of Confucius Academy of Painting and Calligraphy;
Chinese National Gift Artist;
Director of the World Chinese Friendship Association Academy of Painting and Calligraphy;
Beijing Zhibaozhai Director.

Has studied various classical stele inscriptions since childhood; later received guidance from Lü Jintang, President of Taidou Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, and apprenticed under Li Jiuming, President of Dajia Gallery, specializing in bird-and-flower painting. Participated in numerous exhibitions and won major awards; works collected by museums in Beijing and other regions. Founder of Yulinglong Academy of Painting and Calligraphy and established her own collection gallery of precious artworks.
