Yin Jiquan, male, born in 1952, Han ethnicity, native of Linqu, Shandong. Began working in 1971, member of the Communist Party of China, state cadre, now retired. Main education: studied mechanical manufacturing at Shandong Mechanical Industry School; studied party and government theory at the Municipal Party Committee School; holds titles of Political Work Specialist and Economist. Worked at Shandong Weifang Tractor Group Corporation, Weifang Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, Personnel Section of the Municipal Machinery Bureau, Cadre Section of the Municipal Party Committee Enterprise Political Work Department, serving as a general-level political worker and engaged in publicity work. Graduated from the 2017 beginner bird-and-flower painting class at Weifang Senior Citizens University; currently enrolled in the 2019 intermediate bird-and-flower painting class. Member of Weifang Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Academy. During three years of bird-and-flower painting studies, received personal instruction and guidance from Zhang Jingyao, Chinese calligrapher, national first-class painter, and vice chairman of the Municipal Calligraphy and Painting Association; Liu Liansheng, national first-class painter and renowned artist; and Professor Dong Aiping, Executive Vice President of the Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Academy. During his working years, was influenced by Guo Yongnian and Sun Zhi in calligraphy and painting. Participated in school and class-organized activities such as the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, disaster relief donations, Kite Festival, and exhibitions organized by relevant departments.
