Jie Xiaoyan, female, was born in Jinan in July 1966. She is now a member of the Shandong Provincial Association for Science and Technology, the Shandong Provincial Artists Association, the Shandong Provincial Calligraphers Association, and the Shandong Provincial Photographers Association. She has been deeply interested in painting since childhood and strives tirelessly for artistic cultivation and cultural connotation. She focuses on flower-and-bird painting, with a delicate, interesting, and sincere style that is unique. Her works are ingeniously conceived, lively and vivid, and elegant in tone. She is often invited to participate in calligraphy and painting exchange activities, such as the "Splendid Seventy Years, Writing the New Era" large-scale calligraphy and painting exhibition with more than 1,000 participants held by institutions like the New Youth Academy of Fine Arts; the "Learning Power, Loving China" - "Some Excellent Calligraphy and Painting Works Exhibition of Jinan City" held by institutions like the Publicity Department of Jinan Municipal Committee; the "Saluting the Republic, Striding into the New Era" - "Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of New China" calligraphy, photography, and art exhibition held by institutions like the Association of Senior Science and Technology Workers of Jinan City. In January 2020, she was selected as one of the "Prominent Figures Recommended by Chinese Art Celebrities Network". Her works have been frequently included in exhibition albums. In September 2019, at the "Saluting the Republic, Striding into the New Era" - "Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of New China" calligraphy, photography, and art exhibition held by institutions such as the Association of Senior Science and Technology Workers of Jinan City, the Artists Association of Jinan City, the Calligraphers Association of Jinan City, the Photographers Association of Jinan City, and the Couplets Artists Association of Jinan City, she won the second prize. In January 2020, her works were exhibited in the "Art China, Metal Welcoming Spring" column of the Art Masters Network.
