 Li Enping, male, Han ethnicity, born in 1957, native of Linyi, Shandong, member of the Communist Party of China.
Currently holds the following positions:
Member of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association;
Member of the Shandong Provincial Calligraphers Association;
Member of the Linyi City Calligraphers Association;
President of Wenyuange Calligraphy and Painting Academy.
Has been passionate about calligraphy since childhood, practicing diligently for decades, tracing the origins of Chinese calligraphy, inheriting its millennia-old techniques while integrating development and innovation. His calligraphy demonstrates mature brushwork, natural fluidity, graceful freedom, and vigor imbued with spirit, pioneering a unique style reminiscent of flowing clouds and running water, widely admired by all sectors of society.
His calligraphic works have been repeatedly exhibited and awarded in national, provincial, and municipal large-scale exhibitions and competitions. Selected for inclusion in the “Yezhifeng” Cup Calligraphy Excellence Collection, and for five consecutive years participated in public welfare activities organized by Qilu Evening News such as “Welcoming the Spring Festival, Giving Spring Couplets, Spreading Love.” His works are highly favored by enthusiasts and consistently praised.
His calligraphy features robust brush strength, flexible composition, dynamic grace, and elegant variety; his regular script employs dense, clear, and exquisite strokes; his running script flows like clouds and water with beautiful structure and strong sense of movement; his cursive script is grand and majestic, deeply rooted in ancient traditions, uniquely styled and self-contained.
