Liu Guanfeng, born in 1969 in Lanling, Shandong.

Currently holds the following positions:
Member of the Academic Committee of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute;
Member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association;
Member of the Wang Xizhi Research Society of China;
Member of Linyi Artists Association and Calligraphers Association.

His works have been exhibited and awarded multiple times at provincial and municipal levels. He specializes in landscape painting and also excels in bird-and-flower subjects. He studied in the Advanced Research Class of Poetic Landscape Painting under Zhou Fengjun at the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University. His artworks are highly favored by collectors.

His landscape paintings feature towering mountains, extraordinary waters, swirling mists and clouds, lush trees, and tranquil sailing boats. With delicate brushwork and a serene artistic style, his paintings not only offer visual beauty but also purify the viewer’s soul and spirit.
