Personal Profile
Wang Keli, Han ethnicity, born in 1974 in Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, currently resides in Beijing. Member of the China Calligraphers Association. Graduated successively from the Advanced Calligraphy Research Class of the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University, and the Advanced Research Class of the School of Fine Arts, Renmin University of China. Studied under masters Zeng Xiang, Chen Zhongkang, and Liu Jingfang.
Current Positions:
Visiting Professor of Calligraphy and Painting, North China University of Technology;
Teaching Assistant, Liu Jingfang Studio, Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University;
President, Yidan Culture Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Beijing;
Ambassador of Love, China Concerned Generation Working Committee.
November 2019, selected for the exhibition “Ecological Miyun, Beijing First Calligraphy Copying Exhibition”;
January 2020, selected for the First “Dongyue Academy Cup” National Calligraphy Exhibition;
June 2020, selected for the Second Yunnan Province Calligraphy, Painting and Photography Exhibition on Ecological Environment;
July 2020, selected for the Fourth “Wang Xizhi” National Calligraphy Competition Exhibition;
July 2020, won the Second Prize in the National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition “Remain True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind”;
August 2020, selected for the First “Zhuanyu Cup” Calligraphy and Seal Carving Exhibition;
August 2020, ranked among the Top 60 in the “Hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy • Linyi, China” National Calligraphy Copying Conference;
