Personal Profile

Li Dong, born in September 1968, graduated successively from Shandong University of Arts, the Fine Arts Creation Institute of the Chinese National Academy of Arts, and the School of Chinese Painting at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is currently a member of the China Artists Association, a member of the Chinese Poetry Society, and Vice Chairman of the Qingzhou Artists Association in Shandong. His works have been selected twelve times for exhibitions organized by the China Artists Association, winning awards on multiple occasions. He has held solo and group exhibitions in Beijing, Shenzhen, Shandong, and Japan. His works are collected by numerous art museums, museums, and institutions both domestically and internationally. Major Exhibitions and Awards: In April 2019, participated in the China Artists Association’s New Artistic Groups Promotion Exhibition, with nine works exhibited at the Prince Gong’s Mansion in Beijing. In October 2017, the work "Songs of Joy in Miao Village" was selected for the China Artists Association’s Jing Shang Dan Qing · National Chinese Painting Exhibition. In August 2017, the work "Basha · Lusheng Gathering" was selected for the China Artists Association’s Hanmo Qingzhou · 2017 National Chinese Painting Exhibition. In July 2017, the work "Military-Civilian Drum Dance · United as One" was selected for the China Artists Association’s Chinese (Nanchang) Military Art Exhibition (Award Winner).
