Personal Profile

Li Zhenyun, member of Shandong Provincial Artists Association and Zibo Municipal Artists Association. In 1987, he was admitted to Weifang Arts and Crafts Company to engage in painting work. In 2011, he studied in the Tang Xiuling Gongbi Heavy Color Class at the School of Fine Arts, Shandong University of Technology. His artwork won the Gold Award in the 2007 Commemoration of Comrade Mao Zedong’s Speech at the Forum on Literature and Art. In 2006, his artwork won the Silver Award in the “Olympic Chinese Descendants Calligraphy and Painting Competition” of the China Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2007, his Gongbi tiger painting won the Silver Award at the “Hundred Artists Exhibition” of the China Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2011, his Gongbi painting won an Excellence Award in the “Twelve Chinese Zodiac: Year of the Rabbit Welcoming Spring” Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2014, his artwork “Walking with Dreams” won an Excellence Award in the Twelve Chinese Zodiac Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2015, his artwork received an Excellence Award at the provincial Artists Association exhibition. In 2016, his artwork won the Third Prize from the provincial Artists Association. In 2017, his artwork received an Excellence Award at the “Magnificent Qilu Entering Beijing Exhibition.” In 2019, his artwork was selected for the 13th National Art Exhibition. His artworks have won multiple awards in provincial and municipal calligraphy and painting competitions and have been collected by collectors.
