Bai Donghu, styled Hongyue, pseudonym Senlin Jushi, was born in 1964 in Baijia Village, Gaoguanzhai Town, Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, and is a professional farmer. National First-Class Calligrapher. Has been passionate about calligraphy since childhood; a contemporary Chinese calligraphy enthusiast and contemporary Chinese farmer calligrapher; member of Zhangqiu Calligraphers Association; won an Excellence Award in the “7th China Calligraphy and Painting Competition,” Third Prize in the “Huaxia Shengshi Cup National Calligraphy Competition,” multiple awards in local calligraphy contests, First Prize in the “Yixun China National Calligraphy Competition,” and Academician of the “Yixun China” Loving Calligraphy and Painting Academy.
