Jie Chongshan

Personal Profile

Xie Chongshan, born in 1963, is a native of Jimo, Qingdao, Shandong.
In his early years, he was influenced and instructed by the renowned calligrapher Xie Songben. During his military service, he was fortunate to receive personal guidance from General Liu Shutian, a celebrated military calligrapher. He has participated multiple times in national, provincial, and municipal calligraphy exhibitions, winning numerous awards. His works have been collected by international friends from countries such as South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and the United States.
He is currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association; First-Class Calligrapher and Painter at Qingdao Qilu Calligraphy and Painting Academy; Vice President of Qingdao Qian Gushan Painting Academy; Vice President of Qingdao Hanmo Art Academy; Member of Qingdao Calligraphers Association; and Member of Jimo District Calligraphers Association.
