Since childhood, he has been passionate about learning calligraphy, studying under renowned artists Zhou Feng and Ouyang Zhongshi. He initially studied the style of Yan Zhenqing, then moved on to Wang Xizhi, and gained deep appreciation for seal script, clerical script, and Wei stele styles. He excels in large-character calligraphy, employing the spirit of clerical script and the methods of ancient seal script, resulting in vigorous, smooth, and dynamically twisted brushwork with a commanding presence. His characters are robust, expansive, and powerful, earning him the accolade of "King of Large-Character Calligraphy in Qilu." His acclaimed works such as Fenghua Zhengmao, Languai Tengfang, Chun Rong Xuan Mao, De Xue Xiang Chang, Xiude Qi Fu, Chan Cha Yi Wei, Tian Dao Chou Qin, De Yun Xiang Fu, Hou De Zai Wu, Guan Hai Ting Tao, Huatang Sheng Hui, Hongye Tengfei, Tui Gu Xian Sheng, Wu Xing Yong Yao, Ming Ke Cai Feng, Zhang Guo Qi Ying, Liang Meng Gao Feng, Ji Zuo Qin Tang, Wo Yu Huai Jin, Zhi Gui Pei Lan, Cai Kan Zuo Li, and Ningjing Zhi Yuan have all won gold medals.
