Fan Qingshan, courtesy name Junle, art name Moyuan, pseudonym Qing Shan Lü Shui, Hai Na Bai Chuan. Born in September 1975 in Togtoh County, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. Graduated from Xi'an University of Technology, during which he studied calligraphy and painting at the Xi'an (China) Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, and other institutions, diligently mastering the art.
He has been deeply inspired by his mother's paper-cutting art since childhood and developed a profound love for calligraphy and painting, beginning his training at the age of nine and practicing with unwavering dedication for over a decade, delving deeply into the boundless value of calligraphy and painting knowledge.
