Liu Chunlei

Liu Chunlei, styled Yisheng, master of Shoumo Studio Member of the China Communications Calligraphy and Painting Association, Liaoning Provincial Artists Association member; Liu Dawei, Chairman of the China Artists Association, inscribed "Shoumo Studio" for him.  In 2008, he created paintings on-site and held an auction to support the people in the Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas; the China Artists Association awarded him a certificate of honor. In November 2010, he participated in the activity "Love My China—Assisting One Million Empty-Nest Elderly Volunteer Service Campaign," organized by the China Volunteers Foundation, the China Calligraphers Association, and the China Artists Association, donating ink paintings. In 2013, he donated artworks to the Ya'an disaster area. He has also donated multiple calligraphy and painting works to the Zhejiang Province Disability Welfare Foundation, the Jiangsu Province Youth Development Foundation, and the Jiangsu Province Hope Project Office. In December 2013, he was invited to participate in the China Calligraphy and Painting World Tour activities in Italy, France, and the United Kingdom. In March 2014, he was invited to attend the first China Calligraphy and Painting World Tour High-Level Forum, where his ink paintings were exhibited in Bangkok, Thailand. Since participating in the 12th Hongbaotang Calligraphy and Painting Masters Hundred Fan Exhibition in 2009, Liu Chunlei's fan paintings have been selected for eight consecutive editions.
