Zhang Jihong, Han Chinese female, pen name Moyu, art name Tianxiang Pavilion, nickname Little Panda, from Fushun. Vice President of the Fushun Lei Feng Calligraphy and Painting Academy, member of the Fushun Artists Association, member of the Fushun Literary and Art Federation, and member of the Fushun Collectors Association. Since childhood, she has been fond of traditional Chinese painting and studied under the renowned Fushun painter Yan Song. She furthered her studies at Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts and, after receiving guidance from multiple master artists, diligently practiced to develop her own unique style. Her representative works “Fragrant Lotus” and “Butterfly Dance” won an Excellent Award at the 7th China Fine Arts Competition. In 2018, she was awarded the “Art Enthusiast Award” in the Calligraphy and Painting Category of the Jinlong Group’s “New Steel Culture Talent Show.” In 2018, her peony artwork was exhibited at the “Fushun Prosperous Spring Festival Invitation Exhibition of Outstanding Fushun Calligraphers and Painters.” Her works have been collected by renowned figures both domestically and internationally and have attracted significant attention and high praise from the art community. Especially her bird-and-flower paintings are widely loved; her peonies, rendered with skilled, free-flowing brushwork, are vibrant yet elegant, exuding grace and nobility, and have earned her widespread affection. She is affectionately called the “Peony Fairy” and the “Beautiful Painter.”
