        Li Guoli is from Zhuanghe City, Liaoning Province. Born in 1975. In 1994, he enrolled at the Jilin Academy of Fine Arts, where he began studying painting under renowned masters during his student years. After entering society, he further studied charcoal powder painting and traditional Chinese painting under Master Du Zhongyong, known as "The First Tiger of Chinese Charcoal Powder Art," deeply mastering its essence. He specializes in charcoal powder painting and landscape painting. He is currently a member of the Dalian Artists Association, a member of the Zhuanghe City Artists Association, a council member (contracted artist) of the Beijing Fenglin International Institute of Painting and Calligraphy, and an academician of the Chinese Hanlin Academy Dalian Branch. His works have been selected for numerous domestic art exhibitions and have won awards. His work "Fisherman's Picture" won the Gold Award at the Colorful China - Jiangsu Art Exhibition. "Scenery of Jiangnan" won the Gold Award at the International Exchange Exhibition of Painting and Calligraphy and was awarded the honorary title of "Chinese Cultural Ambassador." "Spring in Jiangnan" won the Silver Award at the Belt and Road Large-Scale Art Exhibition. "Grand Vision" won the Excellent Work Award at the China Watercolor and Gouache Exhibition. "Harmony" was selected for the Youth Gongbi Painting Art Exhibition. His works have been included in the "Collection Dictionary of Contemporary Chinese Realist Painters and Calligraphers," "Contemporary Chinese Art Compendium," "Comprehensive Anthology of Chinese Art and Calligraphy Masters and Masterpieces," and "Outstanding Works Collection across the Taiwan Strait."
