Personal Profile

Du Guofan, born in 1937, is a member of the China Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Association and a member of the Liaoyuan City Artists Association, having graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Siping Normal College.
Specializing in Chinese ink wash flower-and-bird painting, his works have won multiple awards in provincial, municipal, and county-level art exhibitions. He has published painting collections such as "Bi Bai Dan Qing," and is particularly renowned for his red peonies, earning him the nickname "King of Peonies."
