Xu Ying

Xu Ying was born in February 1969 in Jingdezhen, the fourth-generation inheritor of He Xuren from the "Eight Friends of Zhushan," a non-material cultural heritage inheritor of Jingdezhen City, a Senior Technician of Jiangxi Province, a Senior Artistic Craftsman of Jiangxi Province, a Jiangxi Provincial Artistic Craftsman, and a Jiangxi Provincial Original Artistic Craftsman. She graduated successively from Jingdezhen Ceramic Vocational College and the Art Department of Jingdezhen Ceramic University, earning a bachelor's degree. She is a member of the China Arts and Crafts Association, a member of the Jiangxi Arts and Crafts Society, and a member of the Jingdezhen Women Ceramic Artists Association. She serves as a standing director of the Jingdezhen Youth Academy of Painting and a director of the Jingdezhen-Fuzhou Chamber of Commerce. She founded her own art studio, "Lin Feng Xuan." She specializes in snowscape painting, as well as techniques involving colored glazes and splashed colors, and has long been dedicated to exploring and researching various artistic forms, integrating colored glaze kiln transformations and splashed color textures with painting to develop her unique artistic style.
