Qin Zhiming, male, 57 years old, high school education, from Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, currently residing in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, Cultural Ambassador of National Gift, Master of National Gift Calligraphy and Painting, honored with the title of Recommended Artist for the Important Role Model for the Welcome of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, the 2017 China Outstanding Artist Award, and the title of Cultural Ambassador on the Global Good People List, serving as Secretary-General of the National Gift Online Art Committee at CCTV Starlight Film & Television Park. Qin Zhiming has participated multiple times in major domestic art exhibitions and won numerous awards. In July 2017, he was awarded the Gold Medal in the International Calligraphy and Painting Competition Commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Handover; on October 29, 2017, he was invited to attend the CCTV Starlight Film & Television Park event honoring artists recommended as key role models for the Welcome of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, where he received the title of "Recommended Key Role Model Artist," with the award presented by Zhang Shanlan, a staff member who worked alongside Chairman Mao. Mr. Kang Liuguo, Chairman of the International Brand National Gift Culture Federation, presented him with an appointment letter as Vice Secretary-General. His works have been included in publications such as "Learning from Role Models: The Heart of Liangjiahe" and are collected by major art museums and galleries.
