Personal Profile

He Zhirong, male, from Jingjiang, Jiangsu, was born in October 1962 and graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Nanjing Normal University in July 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts. During his studies, he was a student of masters in painting, calligraphy, and seal carving including Ding Jifu, Cao Jianlou, Chang Guowu, Wang Xingqi, and Wei Tianchi. He has devoted decades to artistic practice and gradually achieved notable accomplishments. His works have been exhibited in numerous provincial and national art exhibitions and are collected by multiple art institutions. He is currently the Dean of Jiangcheng Academy, Art Director of the Fengya Jingjiang Reading Club, and an invited artist of the Sydney Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Network in Australia.
