Zhang Xin
Zhang Xin, a famous calligrapher. His name is Qilian Muren, and his other name is Sanle Wu Zhu. His Buddhist name is Chaoneng.
1962 born. Hometown is Shaanxi Chunn County, now resides in Wujiang District, Suzhou.
Graduated from Qian County Normal School, Shaanxi Province in 1982.
In October 1985, he was employed by the Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company, Gansu Province to teach.
In 1990, he transferred to the Publicity Department of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company. He is a political worker. During his tenure, he has published works such as calligraphy, novels, poems, and essays on television stations and cultural publications at the provincial and municipal levels. Most of his calligraphy works are sold to Japan, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asian countries and regions.
During the summer vacation in 1989, he wrote 300 copies of Wang Han's "Liangzhou Ci" for the national gift Night Light Cup.
In 1993, he transferred to Suzhou to do decoration design work. During this period, he participated in the construction of the Shanghai Grand View Garden, the restoration project of the Shanghai Radio and Television Building, and the design of the studio of the Oriental Television Station.
Began to use a brush to write at the age of six, learning Yan and Liu styles. After entering the normal school, he had a lot of correspondence with Professor Ning Yuexi of the Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, which was very beneficial. He humbly asked for advice from folk masters and local calligraphy and painting experts, and took the essence of traditional calligraphy, while drawing on the strengths of many others. At the age of thirty, he became a disciple of the calligraphy master Gu ZiHui, and after being guided by Master Gu, he formed his own unique writing style. His works have been exhibited both at home and abroad and have received widespread praise. He is highly respected in the calligraphy and painting circles, and his calligraphy and painting works are also collected by people from all walks of life at home and abroad.
Currently a lifetime member of the Chinese Education Television Station's Shuimo Danqing Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a member of the China Mao Style Calligraphers Association, a member of the Suzhou Hongli Calligraphy and Painting Association, and a specially appointed academician of the Beijing Branch of the World Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association. The shape meaning calligraphy "Eagle" and cursive script "Fengqiao Yebo" were selected into the 2015 volume of "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Artistic Annual Compilation". The running script "Jingxin", the semi-cursive script "Dancer", the shape meaning calligraphy "Eagle", the cursive script "The Sending of Meng Haoran to Guangling", the cursive script "Early Departure from Baidi City", the cursive script "Looking at Lushan Mountain", the running script "Heaven Rewards Diligence", "Great Development of Plans", "Excellence Comes from Diligence", "Calmness Leads to Distance", etc., a total of ten works were included in the "Chinese Postal Album" themed "Celebrating the 95th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China". Some of his works are collected in the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall.
