Duan Xufa

Duan Xufa, male, Han Chinese, from Dengzhuang Village, Gengji Town, Jiawang District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, was born in 1953 in a scholarly family, and has been passionately devoted to calligraphy since childhood. He is currently the Director of Yixiang Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a renowned Chinese calligrapher, member of the provincial and municipal calligraphy associations, and vice chairman appointed by the China Calligraphers Exchange and Collection Association. He won the Excellence Award in the Sotheby's World Art Competition, and was appointed as Art Director by the Sotheby's Cultural and Art Development Center. He is a specially invited artist in Sydney, Australia, and won the Excellence Award in the China-Australia Twin Cities Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition. In 2018, he was rated as an artistic master at the Xuzhou Spring Festival Gala, received the "One Belt, One Road, Chinese Dream" Stamp Collection Certificate, and participated in multiple exhibitions to win the Gold Award, Trophy, and Collection Certificate.
