Wang Yanhong, born in Lianyungang City, painter of Wang Peidong Studio of Beijing Academy of Painting, advanced research student of China Academy of Art. She has loved painting since childhood, skilled in large freehand flower and bird, landscape painting, especially well-known at home and abroad for Chinese ink painting. Wang Yanhong,with profound traditional skills, concise brushwork, vivid atmosphere, integrating poetry, calligraphy, painting, and seal into one. In composition, she highlights the main subject, is good at cutting, sometimes painting a branch, emphasizing the contrast of void and solid and the mutual response in layout. Moreover, she is good at using poetic inscriptions to integrate the meaning of painting into the artistic form. In painting methods, flower and bird animal paintings change according to the subject, more specific and abstract in space compared with landscape paintings, and more rounded and rich in figure paintings. The meticulous style with color is more realistic, with a certain decorative beauty in color, while the freehand painting is more concise in brushwork, more procedural and irreplaceable. Her works have been exhibited and awarded many times in China and abroad. Domestic and foreign groups and individuals have given high praise and collected many works.
