Personal Profile

Huo Dekang, pen name Zhiwei, born in 1970, is a native of Sheyang, Jiangsu, a renowned calligrapher and painter. He is a member of the Jiangsu Regular Script Committee. His works were collected by a museum as early as 1988. Later, under the guidance of master calligraphers, he devoted himself to the study of calligraphy, focusing on Northern Stele and regular script. He has remained low-key and disciplined, immersing himself in the traditional spiritual ecological world for thirty years, successfully integrating the styles of steles and scrolls, forming an elegant and vigorous artistic style. In recent years, his works have frequently won awards and often appear in exhibitions and galleries, attracting much attention and receiving widespread social praise.
