 Zhou Wensheng, born in October 1956.
       Academic resume and achievements: Part-time professor at Lanzhou University from 1995 to 2004, currently serving as a specially appointed professor at Suzhou Cadres College and the Continuing Education College of Soochow University. He is a special research fellow of the Chinese Academy of Management Science, a member of the China Law Society, and the secretary-general of the (China) Association for the Study of Fan Li Culture, among others.
       Academic monographs and literary works: Six monographs including "Battles Throughout History in Xuzhou", "Theories and Practices of Government Legal System", "Practical Local Legislation", "Knowledge and Practice of Chinese Arbitration", and "Innovation of Government Functions". Published more than 40 papers such as "The Supreme of Human and the Supremacy of Law", over 20 essays, and his essays and poems have been continuously published in "Outstanding Essays of China Annual" for several years. Published short stories such as "Delivering Flowers" and "Ox".
Artistic introduction of calligraphy: Member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, member of the Chinese Couplets Association, national first-class fine artist, member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association of Central Government Organs, academician of the Chinese Calligraphy Academy, member of the Art Committee of the Chinese Calligraphy Research Institute, and member of the Suzhou Calligraphers Association. He started learning calligraphy under his father's guidance at the age of 8, holding the brush with his wrist. From April to August 2007, he organized the "Cao Sheng Bei National Cursive Script Competition in Zhang Xu's Hometown"; his cursive script "Lu Fu Mo Xiang" was exhibited in the Louvre Museum in France in October 2012; in October 2015, his work was exhibited in New York to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the United Nations. In 2016, as one of the outstanding artists between China and the United States, five of his works were printed on American postage stamps to celebrate the 37th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States. In June 2016, he participated in the large-scale calligraphy and painting exhibition commemorating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, hosted by the Chinese Calligraphers Association and the China Artists Association, and won the gold prize. In January 2017, his work was exhibited in the "Changjiang Ode" International Calligraphy Collection Exhibition and was permanently collected by the "Changjiang Civilization Museum". In May 2018, his work participated in the "Belt and Road · Peace Journey" International Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Exhibition, and was exhibited in the national art galleries of Canada, Russia, Mongolia, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.
