Personal Profile

Zhang Xi was born in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province in 1977, and now resides in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province. She graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at Beijing Business College, and later studied at Tsinghua University. She is currently the director of Mingren Calligraphy and Painting Studio.She is skilled in Chinese painting, especially freehand flower and bird paintings, meticulous figure paintings, and beautiful women. She has loved painting and calligraphy since childhood. Her calligraphy mainly focuses on running and regular scripts, and her calligraphy skills improved rapidly during high school with the guidance of a master teacher.Over the past two decades, Ms. Zhang has been dedicated to the creation of calligraphy and painting works. She has truly achieved the state of not listening to anything outside, and rarely participates in various social activities or calligraphy and painting competitions across the country. Currently, some of her calligraphy and painting works are collected by art enthusiasts.
