Pan Weigang, former name: Pan Weigang, style name: Feilong; pseudonym: Zui Mo Zhai Zhu. Known as: a calligraphy enthusiast. A strange figure from Jiangnan. A genius. Born in 1961.Jiangsu Wujin native. Famous painter and calligrapher, professor, and critic. Doctor of Paris Academy of Fine Arts. Received the Royal Knight's Medal of Fasilan.

Studied under Professor Ouyang Zhongshi, doctoral supervisor of Capital Normal University, Professor Zou Dezhong, chairman of the Central Government Calligraphy Association, Professor Chen Yulong, doctoral supervisor of Beijing University, and Professor Wen Huaisa, a master of Chinese classics. In years of calligraphy and painting creation and research, he has reached the realm of "calligraphy as the expression of the heart, and painting as the voice of the heart." Each work he creates possesses a soul, forming a myriad of styles of the "Pan style" of Chinese calligraphy.
In 2004, his calligraphy works were reviewed and approved by twelve ministries including the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Education, and the State Science and Technology Commission, and were promoted to society for collection and research. The first China Record Certificate was issued by the China Record Certificate Evaluation Committee. Certificate number, 04018.
In 2010, his calligraphy and painting works won the Best Creation Award of the Chinese Government Cultural Arts.
In 2012, his calligraphy and painting works were included in the National Treasure Archives.
Multiple works are collected in museums, historical museums, stele forests, military regions, state leaders' national gifts, foreign heads of state, and state leaders, and have received unanimous praise from state leaders with their commendations. His story has been reported by the People's Daily, China Cultural News, and CCTV.
