Wang Dayong, style name Renzhi, pseudonym YANGXIN GE ZHU, Yunlong Ju Shi. Born in 1971 in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, now resides in Weifang, the capital of Chinese painting; as a child, he studied calligraphy, following the styles of the two Wangs and Yu Youren; he is skilled in seal carving and good at making plaques; because he was born in the hometown of Emperor Gaozu Liu Bang of the Han Dynasty, he was deeply influenced by the lofty spirit of the "Dafeng Song" since childhood, so his characters are like his personality, naturally open and generous. Moreover, he has been widely immersed in the essence of ancient bronzes and paintings, and with profound academic cultivation, his works are grand and free-spirited, yet original and remarkable. Mr. Wang Dayong is a renowned calligrapher, seal carver, collector, independent curator, director of Weifang Changjiang Painting Society, director of Weifang Capital of Chinese Painting United Art Museum, member of Qilu Feng Painting and Calligraphy Academy, member of the provincial and municipal calligraphy associations, member of the National Learning Poetry Association of the Ministry of Culture, and participated in editing a series of national learning books such as "The Analects" and "Shanhai Jing"; the calligraphy, painting, and seal carving works of Mr. Wang Dayong have been collected by many people in society.
