Liucaiju, also known as Taihu Hermit, a Chinese contemporary calligrapher and painter with the greatest strength. Graduated from Beijing University of Technology majoring in mechanical engineering.
He has been interested in calligraphy since childhood, starting with the regular script of the Tang Dynasty, then moving to the Wei and Jin dynasties, and later to the clerical script of the Han Dynasty. He once received guidance from Wu Zhongqi. His calligraphy works are unique, with individuality, containing the sentiment of cursive script, the rhythm of clerical script, and the meaning of seal script. The brushwork is vigorous and the metal and stone are lively. It combines tradition and modernity! His ink paintings are painted with calligraphy, with vivid atmosphere and elegant style. The brushwork is free and not concerned with resemblance, expressing his inner spirit. They have the elegance, leisure, clarity, and nobility of literati paintings, integrating calligraphy and Chinese painting. His works have been exhibited in many domestic and foreign art galleries and have all been successful!

Personal Honors
In November 2016, invited by the Korean Ministry of Culture to Seoul, South Korea, to participate in the calligraphy exchange between China and South Korea. His running script work "Shui diao ge tou" by Su Shi was permanently collected by the Seoul Art Gallery.
In September 2016, participated in the calligraphy and painting exhibition held by the Asia Cultural Federation at the Tao Hua Wu Art Gallery in Suzhou and won first prize.
In November 2016, successfully held an individual calligraphy exhibition at the Wangjiang Art Gallery in Suzhou.
In August 2017, invited by the Asahi Book Society in Osaka, Japan, to participate in the Sino-Japanese calligraphy and painting exchange. His work "The Heaven Rewards Diligence" was collected by the Asahi Book Society in Osaka, Japan.
In October 2017, participated in the Sino-Australian calligraphy and painting exchange exhibition held by the Taibo Calligraphy and Painting Academy at the Tao Hua Wu Art Gallery and won first prize.
In May 2018, participated in the calligraphy competition jointly held by the Suzhou Municipal Party Propaganda Department, the Suzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Suzhou Calligraphers Association, and the Suzhou Trade Union and won the excellence award.
In August 2018, was awarded as a leading figure in Chinese calligraphy and art in the new era by the Ministry of Culture.
In November 2018, was awarded as the most valuable artist for investment by the Xiahua Wanlihang Calligraphers Association.
